Electronic boards
We co-develop and produce electronic boards and systems (PCBA) that meet your functional, environmental and reliability requirements.

Finished product or subassembly
BeLink Solutions supports you well beyond the manufacture of electronic boards, by ensuring the industrialisation and production of complete electronic products or sub-assemblies ready for integration. Thanks to our industrial know-how, we can integrate electronic boards into different types of enclosure in France, whether plastic, metal or specific to your application.
Our teams take charge of the entire process: mechanical assembly, functional integration, wiring, connectors, testing and compliance, packaging.

Endurance tests
BeLink Solutions has laboratory equipment for testing electronic boards and systems. We carry out tests in controlled environments: vibrations, temperature variations, humidity, power-up cycles, etc.
We have a climatic chamber to simulate variations in temperature and humidity, as well as a vibration pot to test the mechanical strength of your assemblies.
Functional testing
With over 30 years’ experience in testing electronic boards and systems, BeLink Solutions applies a rigorous approach tailored to the critical functions of your products.
Our testing equipment includes
- 3D profile tester to check the height and volume of solder paste deposits
- Meniscography to analyse the quality of solder joints
- Shear test to check the adhesion of components
- Contaminometer to measure the ionic cleanliness of circuits
- 2D / 3D metrology
- Inverted microscope for fine quality checks.
Prototype
At BeLink Solutions, we know that the industrialisation of an electronic board requires a prototype. This is why we provide you with a dedicated, agile and responsive line to meet your deadlines, technical validation and feasibility requirements.
Each electronic board or system is tracked thanks to complete unit traceability, from procurement to quality control.
Our in-house production and test resources, tailored to the electronic prototyping phase, enable us to iterate rapidly while guaranteeing a high level of reliability right from the first units.
Robotics & special machines
At BeLink Solutions, our GECOE Business Unit helps you automate your industrial processes by designing and building special machines and custom robotic cells.
We are involved from the definition phase of your requirements for mechatronic design integrating electronics, automation, robotics, machine vision and axis synchronisation. The aim is to improve the efficiency, reliability and safety of your production lines.

Printed Electronics
Innovation: Key pillar of your project
Since 2020, we identified the importance of Printed Electronics (3D IME) and started an industrial plan of development and qualification of this cutting-edge technology. Today, decades of projects have been successfully achieved by our R&D and process expert team.
