Endurance tests

BeLink Solutions has laboratory equipment for testing electronic boards and systems. We carry out tests in controlled environments: vibrations, temperature variations, humidity, power-up cycles, etc.

We have a climatic chamber to simulate variations in temperature and humidity, as well as a vibration pot to test the mechanical strength of your assemblies.

Functional testing

With over 30 years’ experience in testing electronic boards and systems, BeLink Solutions applies a rigorous approach tailored to the critical functions of your products.

Our testing equipment includes

  • 3D profile tester to check the height and volume of solder paste deposits
  • Meniscography to analyse the quality of solder joints
  • Shear test to check the adhesion of components
  • Contaminometer to measure the ionic cleanliness of circuits
  • 2D / 3D metrology
  • Inverted microscope for fine quality checks.

Prototype

At BeLink Solutions, we know that the industrialisation of an electronic board requires a prototype. This is why we provide you with a dedicated, agile and responsive line to meet your deadlines, technical validation and feasibility requirements.

Each electronic board or system is tracked thanks to complete unit traceability, from procurement to quality control.

Our in-house production and test resources, tailored to the electronic prototyping phase, enable us to iterate rapidly while guaranteeing a high level of reliability right from the first units.
